Meet Your Instructors
We’re Dr. Ream and Erica, licensed therapists, moms, and founders of Mom Freely.
Together, we share a passion for supporting parents as they navigate the challenges associated with raising children.
One of the things we’ve found come up time and again, is that parents often feel intense anger, yet they aren’t comfortable sharing about it.
As therapists who then became mothers, we were caught off guard with the amount of anger we faced in our own motherhood journeys. The more we began to study and understand this phenomenon, the more common we discovered anger in parenthood to be.
We created this course to destigmatize this experience and equip parents with the tools they need to break generational cycles.
We know you want change, that's why you’re here. Come join us!
