When you became a mom, you probably expected a lot of things. You may have expected to feel a ton of joy and gratitude. What you may have NOT expected, was to feel angry.
You likely didn’t expect to feel like you were always irritable or yelling. It never crossed your mind that the smallest things would set you off or ruin your day. And because you didn’t expect any of the ugly feelings that have been coming up, you’re feeling a ton of shame. Maybe you sit on the couch at the end of the day and think to yourself “I lost my cool again today...I’m going to try better tomorrow.”
You want to know something that’s 100% true?
You’re not a bad mom.
You’re a mom that feels overwhelmed and needs the right support.
You’re a mom that likely wasn’t taught what to do with your own feelings growing up and now you’re stuck trying to navigate not only yours, but those of your kiddos.
You’re in good company!
The Managing Mom Rage workshop was created for moms like you, who may be desperate for answers, but don’t know where to look.
The workshop is to the point and full of practical tools. The best part is that you will have unlimited access to the workshop. After taking this workshop you will know:

Hi there! We’re Dr. Ashurina Ream and Erica Djossa, MA. Together, we have more than 20 years of clinical experience helping moms navigate the overwhelming feelings that come with parenting.
We created the Managing Mom Rage Workshop because it seemed we kept hearing the same story in therapy sessions--moms felt this unexpected intense anger that kept showing up. They felt more reactive than they’ve ever been. They were yelling all day long. And because of this, they felt alone and ashamed.
We created this workshop to reach as many moms as possible. We’ve done all of the research and we want to share this information with you in the most clear and practical way.
This workshop has been

I learned so much!
I joined this workshop because I wanted to know more about postpartum rage. I didn’t realize that rage could be a symptom of something.

It's made such a difference!
I am feeling so much more decompressed after taking this workshop! I've made it a priority to use the strategies you’ve taught me. It's made such a difference, especially when I’m sleep-deprived, which is a major trigger for rage!
