Hi there! We’re Dr. Ashurina Ream and Erica Djossa, MA. Together, we have more than 20 years of clinical experience helping moms navigate the overwhelming feelings that come with parenting.
We created the Managing Mom Rage Workshop because it seemed we kept hearing the same story in therapy sessions--moms felt this unexpected intense anger that kept showing up. They felt more reactive than they’ve ever been. They were yelling all day long. And because of this, they felt alone and ashamed.
We created this workshop to reach as many moms as possible. We’ve done all of the research and we want to share this information with you in the most clear and practical way.
